Serenade Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 (edited) Despite the Subject field of this email template clearly being set to "New Support Ticket Opened", for some reason all new support ticket emails are being sent out with the format of "[Ticket ID: 342724] Ticket Name".
