Display Custom Client Fields in viewticket.tpl

Hi all

 

 

I make a new Custom Client Fields:

 

Field Name: Signature

Field Type: Text Area

 

 

I viewticket.tpl after {$reply.message} I add {$client_custom_field_signature}

 

 

But nothing to show

 

 

* Client open the ticket have add some Text in his signature field.

Can you explain more please :)

if the variable {$client_custom_field_signature} is not printed in the email sent by your system, then you need to tell WHMCS what value need to be placed when this variable called!

 

this can be done using the Action Hook i mention above, you can use it to query Database for the proper information.
