Hi,

Few days ago domain registration was ok and I was able to register domain name.

But today I'm not able to register domain name with InternetBS.

I've this error : Registry not available

I've check Internetbs whmcs module and upgrade it to the latest version. But no change...

The details of the contacts are good

The registration of .com is good. (only .FR)

I've contact InternetBS but they says that it a WHMCS problem and not their problem....

Have you any idea ?

Best regards,

Damien

for something like this, it might be worth opening a ticket with support - the only caveat is that if you're using internetbs own module, then WHMCs won't support it - only if you're using their own module will they help.

the internetbs own module has some additional fields that need adding to the default file... perhaps if .fr registrations are failing, that could be a cause.

If you intend to register .fr domains using this module make sure that the following exists in your includes/additionaldomainfields.php file, if not exists then add the following at the end of the file includes/additionaldomainfields.php
