theolatic
Hi Everyone, I have recently setup WHMCS and configured my server, now when i place a test order and have the account created after purchase, it takes around 2 minutes maybe 3 to complete the process, now this is fine if it did it in the background and take the customer to a "thank you" page instantly but to have the customer sitting there waiting for 2 minute before they get taken to the next page i don't think is acceptable. The customer clicks "checkout" and it takes around 2 minutes for the next page to load, the customer may click the button again thinking nothing is happening or worse they leave. I have been working closely with my server provider to solve this issue and they have tried everything to correct this but they tell me it has to be a WHMCS issue. If i disable automatic creation of accounts this process is instant. Please any help would be much appreciated.
brian!
for something like this, it's probably worth opening a ticket with support. if the provisioning module is written by WHMCS, they should be able to help - if it's a third-party module, you should contact the author instead.
