Jackis16
WHMCS, When you get your password wrong, it bans (what I think is the server IP) It bans anyone and everyone, The only way for Anyone to get back in is to remove the ban from the database itself.. Please Help ASAP Thanks Jack
tsiedsma
It just bans the last IP you tried to login from. It would never ban the server IP and if it did, it wouldn't affect anyone else trying to access WHMCS.
Jackis16
Thats the issue, its banning everyone eg my CTO got his password wrong 3 times, and it banned the ip 141.101.99.99 No retation to anyone who has ever loged on. or tried to log on.. It prevents anyone from accessing whmcs admin Its causing allot of issuess and I dont know whats wrong (CTO is blaming WHMCS, and at the moment thats what I think the issue must be but this is a big issue for us)

Paul@Ravex
You would either need to disable Cloudflare on that directory or migrate the admin centre to a different, non Cloudflare, location.

brian!
couldn't you add this IP to the whitelist to prevent future banning? http://docs.whmcs.com/Security_Tab#Whitelisted_IPs Whitelisted IPs The IP addresses listed here will never be banned from accessing the admin area due to login failures. For example you may wish to add your office IP address.
