yggdrasil
I don't think its working as expected. I just tested the SMS function and set it to all orders (just for testing) When you pass the SMS verification, it sets the order as fraud. Should it not be set to pass or review instead? Otherwise what exactly adds the SMS check as value? I remember the Maxmind module that had phone verification (notice that I think SMS is better) had 3 settings: 1. Under X1 score: Order is accepted 2. Over X2 but not above X3 Phone verification was requested, if passed, order was accepted 3. Over X3, no phone check was requested. Order was rejected as fraud Your module only has 2 options. Also, where is the setting not to verify active customers? I don't think anyone wants to verify active customers which are safe. Doing a verification on each order, even for existing customers is a no, no for me. You don't want to bother existing customers which you know are safe to accept. The idea of SMS verification is not to ask it to all users, just the ones that are not market directly as fraud but you suspect they could be fraud (new orders) It seems your module still marks them as fraud, after passing the SMS check. There is also a big problem which I had in the past with similar services. People enter their phone number wrong !!! I lost so many orders because of this in previous billing system. People where not able to pass the SMS or Phone check because they where not entering their phone number in the correctly international format. Basically they where missing the country code or the number was wrong. Your module does not check or verifies this at all. It just gives an error, the SMS could not be send. The user will never be aware of the reason either. The user should be allowed to update the phone in that same page or even better the module should check the country and try to fix the number format on its own while attempting SMS delivery. Its not rocket science. Just a simple regex code to check if the number is valid before attempting the SMS delivery, this means, country code+area code+number. I think this module has tons of potential but needs a bit more work. Check the Maxmind options and how it worked with the phone check in the past. That was perfect. And I actually think SMS is better than phone calls. If you can replicate the options Maxmind had, I think you are going to get tons of users to switch to Fraud Labs.
