Wabun
A small problem, in the past a customer could see their password in their accounts, it is vanished now. This is a problem for those accounts we had to change the cPanel password after an issue in their account. The same for those who rent a server, it was a way better way then sending an email with the login details. I just can't find any option to get this back, am I overlooking something?
brian!
I don't know if it works, but take a look at the code in the thread below... http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?104050-No-cPanel-Username-Information&p=433479#post433479
Wabun
Hi Brian, Yeah code works fine. Thanks, I hope they bring it back in the default template as this is the way to let customers know their new login details if their account has been compromised and we still suspect it is not safe to email them the new details. Edited September 16, 2015 by Wabun added confirmation about code working.
