Product Configuration add cart receive an error: The plan you selected is not available in this regi

I don't know why, I all the virtual mainframe products cannot add a shopping cart.

Product Configuration add cart receive an error: The plan you selected is not available in this region.

 

But I created a new hosting product, the same settings, can add cart.

 

 

I tried a lot of ways, I can confirm that no errors set, I hope someone can help me, very grateful!

i'm not familiar with that error message - "The plan you selected is not available in this region." - I don't believe that it's one of the errors that WHMCS uses by default.

 

it's more likely being added by a 3rd-party addon - are there any addon / server module or hooks that are being applied to these virtual mainframe products ?

I installed two plug-ins, Aktuel Sms and Vultr.

I try to ban them, but it seems to no avail.

In addition, only one payment interface association.

I tried each way...unresolved.

Thank you, though I do not know which plug-ins, but I deleted all the files, the new file looks all normal WHMCS

I am also getting this error. and only comes when i add multiple payment cycles.

 

for example:

If i only have one billing cycle it goes directly to the checkout page, but when i have multiple billing cycle and customer gets to select a cycle (monthly, annual, biennial etc) only then this error occurs

Plus I get an error in the console which says "addtocart is not defined"

Updating:

I checked the activity log when this error occurs. it reads that the "Vultr module from hypnotic monkey" was the issue. even though it was not activated. i removed that module and everything went back to normal.
