Posted September 12, 2015 Share Posted September 12, 2015 i've successfully added tags to the database manually... http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?105319-Add-individual-tags-from-articles-in-Knowledgebase&p=433722#post433722 there's only three columns - id, articleid and tag.. id is just a sequential entry - but I don't think its value matters as long as it's unique. articleid refers to the ID of the knowledgebase article you want the tag to apply to. and tag just contains a tag for that article - one tag per entry... so the article id#8 has two tags - shared & hosting. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
