Client Area: Change the Ticket Reply-list order

Hi guys,

I'm using WHMCS 6, and I've edited the general settings so that new replys are in decending order but on the client area it's showing in accending order. Does anyone know how I can resolve this so that the newest reply appears at the top?

 

I tried viewing this thread but it appears to be outdated as I don't have the viewticket.tpl template in my templates folder. - http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?20352-Sparky-s-Show-client-tickets-in-reverse-order
