Wabun
Sadly the back-end area in v6.0.2 is having quite a few issues in FireFox version 40.0.3. Has someone found out why and how to fix this? Should this be reported as a bug? Edited September 11, 2015 by Wabun Adding images
brian!
Sadly the back-end area in v6.0.2 is having quite a few issues in FireFox version 40.0.3. any specifics? Has someone found out why and how to fix this?Should this be reported as a bug? I use Firefox v40.0.3 and haven't seen any issues with my v6 dev. take a look at the WHMCS Admin Demo in Firefox and see if the issues you see with your installation, are visible on the demo. http://www.whmcs.com/demo/ my guess is they won't be and you might need to upload the files again - I appreciate you say it works fine in Chrome, but as there are about 3,500 files to upload, there's no guarantee they all made it safely the first time and Firefox might be more sensitive to missing or corrupt files than Chrome. ok - seen the pic now.... have you tried running Firefox in safe mode to ensure this isn't being caused by an addon ?
Wabun
Hi Brian, thanks for fast help, I disabled all add-ons, shift + reload page, stopped and started FireFox again and it was all ok. enabled the add-ons again, still ok. When I did the upgrade I made sure the /templates_c folder was empty. and used a clean fresh install, perhaps the cache for FireFox was not really cleaned. My fault... Should have checked that first :-( Thank you.
