cPanel button don't allow 2082 port

Hello! After the upgrade to the last version, I found that the cpanel button to login to cpanel only connect to 2083 port. As I don't have any SSL installed, gives an "insecure message". I re-check all the settings and was correct at WHMCS and also the server.

WHMCS told me that was a CPANEL problem. CPANEL told me that not and then WHMCS told me that ok, it will be fixed in the next release and while I can buy a SSL certificate. Sure? I have to pay (again) for a bug?

I tried to modify the port to 2082 but I can't find where, if you have any help it would be very appreciate, thank you!
