We want to include them for the Admin messages > Support Ticket Response template. Does anyone knows how to do this? Thank you. brian! Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 Doesn't anyone know how to do this? have you tried opening a ticket with support to confirm whether this is possible? I don't recall seeing an answer to this question before, so i'd be inclined to think the mergefield doesn't exist - but support should be able to confirm that either way. if it doesn't exist, then you'll need to look at using an action hook to create the mergefield. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
