Email templates not saving on edit (blanks the entire email other than subject)

My email templates are not saving on edit (blanks the entire email other than subject).

 

Version: 6.02 (problem existed in 5.14 so I upgraded hoping that would resolve it)

PHP v 5.6.12

 

Previous posts on the subject seem to suggest opening a ticket, but I cannot figure out how to create an account to do so (I purchase WHMCS from our datacenter).

you could try contacting Reseller Support - you won't need to create an account to contact them.
