netwood Posted August 23, 2015 Share Posted August 23, 2015 Still on 5.3.14 I just noticed an issue. Don't know if it's always been like this. We have all our products configured to never be automatically setup. "Tick this box to always leave orders by new clients pending for manual review (no auto setup/registration)". A new customer creates an account and pick the cheapest product. An invoice is generated and the customer pays the invoice with a stolen credit card. We use Maxmind but the fraud score is low. Now we end up with a fraudulent payment for a service that is still pending. Is there a way to configure WHMCS so the invoice for new service is only charged and paid when the pending order is approved?
