We have other systems for billing our clients and have no desire to change them, but would like some of the other functions that whmcs brings to the table. 0 Kian Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Yes. You can configure it so that it only generates proformas (they're not invoices). In addition to this if you also don't want proformas you can delete them automatically as soon as they become paid and even suppress email notifications about them. You can achieve this by selecting the right options and adding few lines of code. Alternatively there are some modules that allow you to manage this aspect in more detail (e.g. automatically "condensate" all proformas and their items into a single big PDF when you want to for every client). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
