I have a pretty urgent support ticket submitted yesterday morning that sits without a single reply. Open it on 14th Sep 2015 (02:22) Now it is 15th Sept 2015 11:30 a.m, no answer at all. This seems to be typical WHMCS, I tried to solve this issue on my own for 2 weeks knowing WHMCS will not respond in time. Been using WHMCS since 2012 and still same o same o.
