clopezi
Hi, If i want to buy a single domain (or use the domain search), all works fine, but when i add a domain with hosting (boxed order template, for example), i obtain a blank page. If i enable the debugging, i obtain this error: Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Illuminate\Database\QueryException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away (SQL: select * from `tblconfiguration` where `setting` = 2fasettings limit 1) (SQL: select * from `tblconfiguration` where `setting` = 2fasettings limit 1)' in /home/***/includes/classes/WHMCS/Terminus.php:0 Stack trace: #0 /home/***/includes/classes/WHMCS/Terminus.php(0): WHMCS\Terminus::whmcsExceptionHandler() #1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Terminus->whmcsExceptionHandler(Object(Illuminate\Database\QueryException)) #2 {main} thrown in /home/***/includes/classes/WHMCS/Terminus.php on line 0 Thanks!
brian!
have you tried changing order-form templates to see if it's being caused by your "Boxes" template? have you modified it in any way?

brian!
No luck , my value it's already higher (also, with whmcs 5 all was working fine) aahh.. but v6 and v5 are two different beasts! it may be worth opening a ticket with Support as I don't think it's a bug - I can't reproduce it locally or on the v6 demo, so I think it's more likely something wrong with your particular installation - perhaps an action hook or addon that isn't compatible with v6; an incomplete file or a configuration issue... difficult to know from the outside or without a link. if you do contact them, and they find a solution, it might be useful to post it back to this thread.
clopezi
Hi, I submitted a ticket support and they suggested me to increase the mysql timeout. I tried, but no luck. Also, has no sense because when you search for domain onyl, the system works fine, the fatal error is only when you search a domain with hosting. Of course, if you buy hosting without domain, all works fine too.
brian!
did Support actually view your website / log into your admin area - or just reply to your question ?? what you could try is picking one product which this occurs with (if it's with all, just choose one!), log into the WHMCS demo admin area (it's still using v6.0.1) and add your product (currencies shouldn't matter, but the rest might). http://www.whmcs.com/demo/ then go to the Demo client area and follow the same procedure that causes the error on your own website and see if you get a blank screen.
