Domainsync problem specific to Reseller Club?

Hi,

I have tried searching the forums but have not found an answer. I would really appreciate some help. I am running Version 6.0.1. Whenever domainsync.php is run I get an error (emailed to me) for each domain. It says, "Error: Invalid credentials, or your User account maybe Inactive or Suspended"

 

I have checked that I am not inactive or suspended with Reseller Club, I have checked (per Reseller Club) my API security stuff and made sure that the proper ip address is whitelisted with them. they asked for:

 

"Ideally, you should be passing an API call at your end, that is trying to process an

action. Please provide us with the API call that is being passed from the file or

the action that you are trying to place from the WHMCS interface. Also, provide us

with the error message that you are getting at your end."

 

I am guessing that that "call" is in the encrypted domainsync.php file?

 

Can I get this info? Has anyone else run into this problem? Any ideas?
