Support Tickets Not working

I upgraded from the latest version 5 to 6 then applied the patch.

 

Now nobody can submit a support ticket. They get the following reply on a white screen "Department Not Found. Exiting."

 

Tickets were working fine before. Yes they are piped as well. No there are no emails being cc'd or like to the same address.

 

I have deleted the support departments and recreated with the same issues.

 

Support tickets from client panel are also not being answered. FYI

Hello Steve,

 

This sounds unusual and is not a report I have seen before. I think the best bet is to take a look at your installation and make sure things are working as expected. Have you opened a ticket for this issue yet? If not would you please so our team can take a further look at things. Once you get a ticket feel free to PM the ID me so I can take a look at it as well.
