Need the templages to be UTF-8

Hi

 

I have to question. I need to configure it to send email notification for bills in two different languages so I need to make sure that it is UTF-8

 

Also as most of my clients do not pay by credit card and they pay only by Bank what is the tricks to make sure they do not get notification payment when they pay by bank

 

perhaps one option will be to put a link there saying for example

If you have already paid the bill please click here and when they click

the notification stops functioning until I as administrator verify that the customer really paid.

 

Is those two possible?

you can add the payment info manually to any of the invoices which are set due but your customer has already paid you by bank offline.

ok one moe question does you bill manage ment software come with live chat support too? for supporting my clients?

Live chat program isn't included with WHMCS, you would have to buy one separately.
