gbh
Hi there, Hoping someone can help. In AU domains must be registered/renewed for a minimum 2 year period rather 1 year. Hoping someone can advise how I can change things for all .au domain in my WHMCS install to enforce minimum period requirement? Thanks in advance.
brian!
for new orders, you could just remove the 1-year register/renewal pricing for the .au TLDs - WHMCS will then default to showing the minimum priced period - so if you enter 0 for 1-yr registration, and a positive price for 2-yr, it will default to the two-year minimum period. if you have existing .au domains in your install, e.g already registered to your customers, you might need to change the pricing / registration periods for them too - and check that the next due dates are correct. there is a Bulk Pricing Updater addon, but it only changes prices and not registration periods - so you may need to alter them manually... I guess if you had a lot to alter, you could do it via a SQL query - but unless you're familiar with SQL, it would probably be safer to do it by hand.
