[Unconfirmed] NEO - order id not sent when toggling domain addon

I receive this error when toggling domain addons in the admin area. Registrar is NetEarth One.

 

ID Protection Toggle Failed

Required parameter missing: order-id

 

Steps

1) login to admin

2) go to a client

3) select domains tab

3) Uncheck ID Protection

5) click save

6) error above appears.

 

I login to my NEO reseller account and the ID Protection has not been turned off.

Are there any updates to this? We are seeing the exact same problem on our end.

 

If a client try to disable ID Protection on their end, they will see this error:-

Failed to deactivate addon. Please contact support.
