DefiantWeb Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 My last two orders are recieved by WHMCS as incomplete, even though my paypal shows the payments. I have setup my paypal API and used the link WHMCS told me to use to put into paypal IPN to allow access. I have my domains and hosting setup to auto install after first payment and WHMCS is not seeing the payment go though even though my API settings are all correct. sentq Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 how many email addresses you specified in PayPal Email Field? - - - Updated - - - you may need to enter your PayPal primary email address only in PayPal gateway settings, also you can add more email addresses there (separated by comma) but the primary email should be the first one (primary@anything.com, additional@anything.com, anotherone@anything.com,....) 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
