cctur
Hi, I'm trying to get the WHMCS in Portuguese, but I can not. I login as admin and I change Setup -> staff management -> Administrator Change Language to Portuguese and click on Confirm Password. I get the message "Changes Saved Successfully! Your changes to the admin account have been saved. " But continues in English, there were no changes. When I go to My Account and make changing the language to Portuguese and saved the changes, I get the following message "Changes Saved Successfully! Your account Has Been updated " It continues in English. If I try to change the Sertup -> General Settings -> Localization -> Default Language and place oplçao in Portuguese-br and click on Save Change, I get the message segunte "Changes Saved Successfully! Configuration settings have been saved successfully " It continues in English. I do not understand why this is happening and I can not make language change. Can anyone help me or show where I am going wrong? Note. The translation files are original Thank you cctur

I get the message "Changes Saved Successfully! Your changes to the admin account have been saved. " But continues in English, there were no changes. if you want to use Portuguese in the Admin Area, then that is the correct method and should have worked - I just tried it and it changed to Portuguese. try it again, but then go to... utilities -> system -> system cleanup -> empty template cache hopefully, with the template cache cleared, it should work. If I try to change the Sertup -> General Settings -> Localization -> Default Language and place oplçao in Portuguese-br and click on Save Change, I get the message segunte"Changes Saved Successfully! Configuration settings have been saved successfully " It continues in English. I do not understand why this is happening and I can not make language change. if you want the default language on the public / client side to be Portuguese, then this second method is the correct way. again, if it did not work, empty the template cache (by the method above), to see if that fixes it.
cctur
Hi, I did exactly what he said and did not work Done clearing the cache manually and did not work either. It continues with the same error and the same message.
brian!
two more thoughts... 1. you could try another browser to see if it occurs there too. 2. if you are trying to change the default language in the client area, and are using a custom template, perhaps the template is the problem - if so, try changing to one of the default templates and see if it works. otherwise, you might need to open a support ticket so that support can take a look at the site.
cctur
Hi, The problem continues, it is not the browser. I'm looking for a way to uninstall modules to see if any of them is interfering. How to uninstall module? Or reinstall everything from scratch.

How to uninstall module?Or reinstall everything from scratch. if it's not a browser or template cache issue, then perhaps there is a corrupt file somewhere causing this.. before uninstalling or reinstalling from scratch, you could try reinstalling the latest full version again - I assume that you're using v5.3.14? just install it over the existing installation... btw - am I correct that you want to change the language in the Admin Area? also, have you tried changing to a different language, e.g Spanish to see if that works... it probably won't work, but might be worth a try.
