alephlg
I see this in place of attachment: Attachment végzés.pdf blocked - file type not allowed. This file is ~200kB
brian!
I just uploaded a 150kb pdf file (végzés.pdf) to a support ticket (as a client) - it worked, and was renamed to vgzs.pdf. in the "Allowed File Attachment Types", make sure there are no spaces anywhere - including at the end after .pdf
alephlg
You didn't understand me. I have problem with email reply. The support departement receive an email reply with pdf attachment but the email-to-ticket process drop the "not allowed" file.
brian!
oh sorry, you're using Email Piping - http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping the above advice about spaces in the "Allowed File Attachment Types" still stands though - you need to check there are no spaces in there. if that doesn't solve it, it might be worth opening a ticket with Support and they'll be able to take a look at your settings.
