chalki Posted May 7, 2015 Share Posted May 7, 2015 I have noticed that all of the domains that have come up for renewal had their status changed to Expired by the system, even though the associated invoice was marked as paid. The domain was successfully renewed at the registrar, so the module is working correctly, but for some reason the domains are being marked as expired in WHMCS. Can someone please shed some light on why this would be happening and how we can fix it... We do not want to have to manually check this each day and change the status to Active.
