On my website the stripe payment section goes blank when a customer selects that payment gateway which i am using stripe as one of my payment gateway

I am not sure how to fix this problem

If you were to go to http://zindelasolutions.com/services/cart.php?a=view

and select stripe. it just blank.

Some direction on how to fix this would be great,I am using the modern design template for my template choice.

Hope some one can assist me please

the usual first step, for this and the "Existing Customers" problem would be to upload the files again - just in case one or more of them haven't uploaded correctly.

however, your two issues are more likely to be a template issue - have you modified the modern template in any way?

if I switch your site to use the web20cart order-form instead, both the stripe and existing customer functions work - so it looks like a template modification, or perhaps a js/css clash is causing the problem.

Hi there,

Thank you for your reply.

I have replaced the templates with the original templates and i still have the same results so it looks like a js/css clash.

How I can I identify the clash and get rid of it or fix it.

Its driving me crazy

I look forward to your reply

Cheers

test using web20cart as your order-form template - if it works for you, then that might imply the clash is coming from the modern template.

if you have Firefox Firebug installed, you could right-click on the Stripe element and it should show you which css entries it is using.

if it's a js clash, i'd suggest disabling them one by one in the header to help find where the problem is.
