ScottN
We have been using AWBS for at least 10 years, but it's time to move to WHMCS. We are very concerned about the whole process to import AWBS to WHMCS. Forum postings mention problems with Add-on items and Other packages not being imported... invoices for pending domain renewals don't actually renew the domain... etc., etc. Are there any trusted WHMCS consultants out there that have experience with AWBS-to-WHMCS migrations, that could be hired to oversee this project? - Scott

ScottN
Sure, see here:http://www.whmcs.com/services/ HTH! Thanks, InfoPro! Unfortunately, I did try that route already, and received a note from Aaron, which stated they could not help: The migrations and services we offer are from WHMCS to WHMCS installations and we do not offer migrations from competing platforms. It looks like there are a fair amount of people still using AWBS, and probably many that have successfully migrated from AWBS to WHMCS... hoping I can find someone willing to assist us. - Scott
Infopro
Ah, understood. Have you considered doing a test run on your own stage setup just to see what the outcome is? http://www.whmcs.com/services/switching-guide/ GL!
ScottN
That is my current plan. I will need to be sure to stop the staging setup from actually doing anything (i.e. so it doesn't email customers any invoices or renewal notices, etc.). The forums have been useful in giving me a list of things that will not import, such as Add-ons (I have 432 of those to manually do) and Other Products (about 100 of those). I'm cautiously optimistic! - Scott
