Is it possible to auto-close an account after a fraudulent order?

We often (or more often than we like, anyway) receive an order that will be flagged as fraud through MaxMind, which is great, but then, the user has an account and is trying to inject a bunch of SQL queries or whatever into their account to try and enter our database.

Would it be possible to automatically close an account if their order is set to fraud? I mean, we can always re-open a closed account, but it's harder to recover from a successful hacking attempt.
