tsvetanakos
Hello! I recently switched to WHMCS and I'm more than disappointed. My users can't register or login for some reason. Even if I add them manually, they still can't login. If they ask for a password reset, they are getting the email containing the new password, but they are still not able to login. Same happens when I'm using the external API to register them from my other solutions. Can you give me a clue, since I paid for something that is not working... Thanks in advance for any help!
sentq
check the Activity Log for any errors: Admin Area > Utilities > Logs > Activity Log also try to activate the debug options from Admin Area > General Settings > Other tab, enable "Display Errors" and "SQL Debug Errors", then try to login from client area and see if there is any errors displayed to you. another thing if you are using custom template, try to switch to the default template and login
