Alex - Arvixe
Where is the status folder located and have you verified that it matches what you have setup in the WHMCS admin area?
totallytech
Hey, my status folder is located in: raw status when accessed it just displays 0 Days 00:00:00 you can view the actual server status page here which says the 3 services are up but still says 0 Days 00:00:00 Any ideas why it wont display uptime etc? My server settings are correct too
brian!
do you have the "Network Status" widget enabled in the Admin Area? if so, i'm wondering if that displays the correct uptime?? also, take a look at the source code for the status page and see if the uptime folder (/proc/uptime) its trying to access exists on your server. Hi Brian! I've got the widget installed now (Didn't have before) and that says online, but nothing else and 00:00:00 etc... I ran uptime on my SSH and ran "uptime" and got: 18:35:25 up 15 days, 22:32, 1 user, load average: 0.30, 0.15, 0.11 then ran "man /proc/uptime" and it displays 1377138.20 32781995.04 Is there a security setting that stops scripts from reading this info maybe?
brian!
Is there a security setting that stops scripts from reading this info maybe? that's what i'm thinking - the file itself is fine, but there is something on the server blocking it from reporting correctly.
