SolusVM Error after 5.3.12 update

Has anyone else had an issue with SolusVM after the 5.3.12 update? Before I could load the server stats for a client just fine however after the update of WHMCS it seems to be causing an empty array so basically it is not requesting anything. Module Debugging logs show an empty request and a Response of an empty array. However SolusVM is not showing any API calls. Nothing has changed of the SolusVM side just the WHMCS update.

Hello,

The SolusVM module is a 3rd party download, so it was not directly changed in 5.3.12. While you are welcome to open a support ticket so our team can investigate this further, ultimately the burden for support of 3rd party modules falls on the module author.

I am going to move this to the general technical issues and questions section, since this does not have detailed reproduction steps and is related to a 3rd party module.

Have a great day,

Nate C

Did you clear your template cache after upgrading to latest version? If you have not cleared it, try to clear and see if it helps or not.

Hello,

After clearing the template cache, the results are still no graphs. WHMCS admin area shows loading for a second (normal) but than just a blank area instead of the usual graphs. SolusVM is showing no API calls to it when loading the graphs. After testing a few theories I found if I create a SolusVM product in WHMCS it will correctly list all the nodes, plans, etc.. as well as SolusVM's API log reflects those calls to list the nodes, plans, etc. I have also found the graphs show correctly in the client area just not the admin area and SolusVM logs show an API call to list server info when loading the client area page graphs. So it seems to be a limited issue in the admin area.
