Monitor Sales Team?

Hi Guys,

 

I'm about to setup my sales team and I'm wondering if any of you use WHMCS to monitor the sales successes of your teams etc?

 

What I'm thinking is having say 3 staff

 

John (supervisor), Paul and Mike - each log in individually and they can only see their own clients, except John who can see everyone as he is the supervisor...

 

Each time an invoice is generated etc we pay a commission so is there a way to see that Paul has 35 sales today and Mike has 40 etc?

 

Is this just something that whmcs isnt meant to handle or can it do it?

 

I used whmcs the last time I had a sales team (of 12) however they had a different system so some work was duplicated.

 

I'm hoping there will be a way to monitor using whmcs

WHMCS can't handle this natively, but it can be done as you need using Customized Addon Module

As sentq already said WHMCS can't handle this and as far as I know there's also no module available for this. In fact I started to develop my own module few weeks ago but I had to work on other stuff so the project is "paused" at the moment. It's possible to add one time, recurring and account commissions. You can also checkout commissions to salespersons and see the summary with all global and specific statistics for every salesperson with their individual ROI (return on investment in percentage).

Since I'm looking for suggestions (I'm basing all this project on user-feedbacks), it would be great if you could describe me what features you would like to see.
