kcackler
Today I noticed that I was missing a client from my whmcs installation that I migrated to from clientexec. When I went to add her in to whmcs, I set up her name/organization just as I had it in clientexec (Org name: Pam's Reviews) Upon saving her, my number of clients remained the same, and her record was not in the database (I actually ssh'd to the mysql server and performed a select query..she wasn't in there). So I added her again, this time making her organization name Pams Reviews, without the apostrophe, and she was stored fine. Obviously this bug affects new clients added manually, and those added from the import process, and because of it, I'm missing about 16 invoices in my whmcs installation that I have to go manually add now.. kcackler
Latest... Problem occurs on an import from clientexec and when adding a new client manually.
mrprez
Ditto. The apostophe is an enormous PITA. PP sub payments don't get made if the user has an apostophe in the business name.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 8, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 8, 2007 Doesn't seem to be a problem in 3.4 so will assume it's been fixed for that already. Matt
