Ticket reply via email truncates emails after apostrophe

I've noticed several times now that when I submit a ticket reply via email, if there is an apostrophe in the body of the email, (such as the word it's) any text starting with the apostrophe is truncated from the email and the customer only receives what was in the body of the email up to the apostrophe.

 

I am able to consistently reproduce this.

 

Anyone else seeing this?

Hello,

 

I was unable to replicate this. On my install the ticket body contained extra text:

 

This is a plain text email. With this' apostrophe.

 

Can you see it?

 

If this was broken for all installs I would expect a lot of tickets about it and we are not seeing it. It appears that there is something quite specific about your installation that is causing this. Can you open a support ticket so our team can login and analyze this further?
