dordal Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 folks- Am using Quantum Gateway, and if a credit card fails, the invoice just comes up as 'unpaid'. There are no error messages such as 'your credit card failed, please check your credit card information to try again' Is it possible to get such an error message? dordal Posted October 12, 2007 Author Share Posted October 12, 2007 I talked with Matt about this via email today... appearently, there is some reason that the new 3D Secure Checkout prevents error messages from being displayed.
