Posted December 27, 2014 Share Posted December 27, 2014 setup -> general settings -> support -> Allowed File Attachment Types if you empty that box, the client should be unable to upload any attachments... the attachment option will still be visible, but they should all get rejected. if you want to remove the attachment option on the client side, you will likely have to modify one of the support ticket .tpl templates. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
