LindseyInteractive
Hello, we have been adding and deleting products out of our account for sometime. Now, we are trying to reorder products and do different approaches and things, however we have several products/services that have been used in orders and they can't be deleted. Is there a way to hide them from the admin page so we don't see them, nor do any of our new sales staff? We are kind of OCD about seeing unused stuff lol.
brian!
you could retire the product(s)... http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Details_Tab Retire - When ticked the product is hidden from admin area lists, such as the Products/Services dropdown in the client's Products/Services tab

brian!
oh ok, I didn't realise you wanted them removed from the product list in the admin area... retirement won't do that, it just prevents the products being used in new orders... I don't think that you can stop them from being listed in the products list from within WHMCS - there was a feature request to hide retired products in the admin area... https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/option-to-hide-retired-products-in-products-admin-page perhaps with a future release, the Admin area might be more template based.. but until then, you'll probably just have to move the group to the bottom of the list and try not to notice them.
