Importing AWBS error

Recommended Posts

1) it does not import customers with “'”, example name "der'as"...result:

- not imported customer "der'as" and the imported domain (owner "der'as") in other customer.

2)Invoices with a status VOID seen as overdue.

3)accounts with a status "suspended" and "cancels" not corrected:

AWBS status "suspended" > WHMCS status "cancels"

AWBS status "cancels" > WHMCS status "suspended".

I imported from awbs and had small issues -- but over all it was a good import.

I found some customers that had free accounts - were turned into paid :)

And some due dates were incorrect.

Weird -- but it was fixed promptly manually.

Good luck with the transfer.
