elgoots
Hi everyone, ahead of time thank you for your help. So everything has been running fine. Today i noticed no support tickets came in over the weekend which is very strange. So i logged in as a demo client account i have and tried to submit a support ticket. I selected the department i wanted and it redirected me to the form as it should. I enterered in a title and a message and pressed submit. It then instantly redirects me back to the department selection list. No errors. Nothing. Then i check and it never opened the ticket. I also found then if i try and reply to an old ticket it comes back with the error of "The following errors occurred: You did not enter a message " What i have done to try and fix the error: upgraded WHMCS to latest version as i had been putting it off. deleted all files in templates_c run a repair on mysql database ( returned zero errors ) made sure file permissions were correct changed back to the default portal theme restarted the server Still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
Alex - Arvixe
Odd, do you have any plugins / hooks which could result in this happening if it were to break for some reason? Just to rule out customizations, have you tried with the default theme?

brian!
I would be tempted to try installing the upgrade again - it might just be one or more files that haven't uploaded correctly causing this.

elgoots
Interesting. I just created a new database and installed a blank fresh install and it works, same files. If i change config file back to old database it fails. Must be a database issue?
