alinford Posted October 11, 2014 Share Posted October 11, 2014 (edited) ** FIXED ** (Issue was due to Local php.ini) WHMCS v5.3.10 I am having an issue with the autorenewals going through the Cron. This does not happen on manual orders. This started a couple of days ago after moving to a new server. WHMCS was migrated directly over from the previous server using root transfer, with no settings being changed. Timezone settings on both servers are the same. Any idea what setting on the server or in WHMCS could be causing this? The client is receiving a notice that the Credit Card Payment Failed. When I check the status of the invoice, it says Unpaid. When I check the Gateway log, it has an Error - "A duplicate transaction has been submitted". There is no successful transaction in the Gateway log for the invoice, only the Error. When I check at Authorize.net, it shows a successful transaction for the invoice in their system.
