SmarterTrack Help Desk Integration with WHMCS

I am just curious if anyone has used SmarterTrack as their help desk software and used the module (http://www.whmcs.com/appstore/1210/SmarterTrack-Help-Desk-Module.html) they provide to integrate it with WHMCS?


The cost of SmarterTrack is about 1/3 of the cost of Kayako and seems to be fairly feature rich for the cost (live chat, voip, multi-brand). I've had a good experience dealing with SmarterTools SmarterMail and their support seems to be pretty good so I would like to get feed back if anyone has experience using this product? Pros/cons, etc.
