WHMCS Domain question

Not sure if this is the right place for this or not but here goes.

In the Domains section of each client there are 3 date fields; registration date, expiry date and next due date.

Obviously registration date is when the domain is registered and I guess next due date is when it next needs to be renewed but what is expiry date and do I need to fill it in? Is it expiry of the actual domain (i.e. when it needs to be renewed) or of the domain product (i.e. when we should stop renewing).

Cheers,

Ben

The way I use it is:

reg date = date it was registered

next due date is the date you will bill them for the domain renewal. This would probably be best set 24 hours before the domain actually expires.

expiry date is the actual date the domain expires.

So mydomain.com was registered 2nd oct 06

next due date is 1st oct 07

expiry date is 2nd oct 07
