IE 7 configuration is completely standard, no domains, no proxies, tested on two networks.
The only thing that may be different is that we're using SSL for our entire WHMCS install? (I.E. the WHMCS URL is https:// and there's no SSL URL)
Server is Apache 2.2
The client Downloads area doesn't allow users to download the files when using Internet Explorer (I've only tested in IE7).
In Firefox clicking the link opens the save dialog and the file downloads fine, in IE it tries to download the dl.php file!
Not sure if this is the right place for this or not but here goes.
In the Domains section of each client there are 3 date fields; registration date, expiry date and next due date.
Obviously registration date is when the domain is registered and I guess next due date is when it next needs to be renewed but what is expiry date and do I need to fill it in? Is it expiry of the actual domain (i.e. when it needs to be renewed) or of the domain product (i.e. when we should stop renewing).
Cheers,
Ben

I haven't read the Protx docs, but their support people say it needs to be sent as "000".
I could force it to not check AVS and CV2 but that is not ideal especially as WHMCS and Protx are supposed to work together.
We have been trialing WHMCS and are very impressed so far.
However, we are trying to get it to work with Protx and recurring payments. WHMCS submits the request OK but it doesn't go through. Protx tell me this is because the CV2 value is not being sent through as 000 like it should.
Could anyone please advise on this issue before we commit to WHMCS?
