You did receive the product but you obviously have questions about using it. We have sold many of these products and we have received no complaints or issues from anyone. So please allow us to help you use the product as your paypal dispute will not stand as you did receive the product. We can skype with you, we can email with you, we can post here on whmcs or on our support forum if you like. We will be clad to help you any way we can to assist you in using the product properly.
