Firehouse Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 Hello, I just upgraded to 5.3.10, and everything seems fine so far, with exception of dropdown boxes in the clients accounts when their logged in..I've posted a few screenshots in my attachment...Where can I fix this at? Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 if everything was working ok in v5.3.9, it's possible that a file didn't upload correctly with upgrading... if you used the incremental update, uploading it again shouldn't do any harm and my solve your issue. you could try changing your site template and see if the issue disappears - if so, the fault lies with your template; if not, then it might lie with a core file. also, might be worth trying a different browser, just to ensure it isn't a Firefox (or plugin) issue. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Firehouse Posted September 18, 2014 Author Share Posted September 18, 2014 mmm I did a full upgraded from 5.3.8 as I didn't have any customizations to worry about other than putting the "default" template changes from 5.3.9 & 5.3.10 into my custom template..It seems to be the custom template that's the problem after all, as I did as you suggested and switched the templates out (thanks for the advice, I appreciate it).
