alinford Posted September 17, 2014 Share Posted September 17, 2014 With the v5.3.10 update, WHMCS has added a Transfer Completed Email. Great idea, but really bad rollout!!! 2 Issues: The default state for the new Transfer Completed Email is enabled. A new email that goes out to clients should default to disabled so that we have a chance to take a look, edit, brand, etc. Clients that completed transfers 10 years ago ago just received Completed Transfer emails. Obviously this is not a desired outcome. Can you provide us with a screen shot of the email log showing these messages sent?
