arteryplanet Posted September 29, 2007 Share Posted September 29, 2007 Hi, Just wondering if whmcs renew the domain automatically if there are any CC in the system, i mean, what happen if the client wish to renew the hosting automatically but he dont want renew a domain he registered, there are any option or configuration that say to whmcs to renew or not automatically a domain? Many clients that we have , they have amny domains but sometimes they do not wish renew it so they just let it expires, but they keep a valid CC in the system for the hosting renewals. DigitalEnigma Posted September 29, 2007 Share Posted September 29, 2007 From our couple of days using it live with our MB data imported it will just renew the domain if the client has a CC onfile and have not contacted us to cancel the domain. It would be nice to see a cancellation feature added to the domains and other services, etc so clients can submit cancellation requests that will set the domains to expired or other services to terminated - then all we need to do is mark the relevant invoice as cancelled if applicable. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
