ThePostman
When I import clients and product from cPanel/WHM the price of the products and domains are set to 0.00. However WHMCS does seem to match the packages to the actual cPanel packages. Is this a known issue? Or is there a way to quickly (re)apply all current package and domain pricing to a customer? If I have set all prices for all customers, products and domains manually after import it would be a hell of a job...
brian!
http://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel/WHM_Import The information cPanel stores is very limited, for example it doesn't hold the clients name, the amount they pay or their next due date. So importing does require some manual work too it's been 18 months since I did my last import, but I remember that I did have to add a lot of prices manually.
ThePostman
Isn't there a way to like re-apply the default package pricing for a single or multiple customers?
brian!
there are a number of ways to quickly update pricing... 1. Bulk Pricing Updater - http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=44602 this was bugged in 5.2.x and i'm not 100% sure that its been fixed yet - so probably best to avoid unless one of the whmcs support guys confirm it as working. 2. Mass Updating Tool - http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_Management#Mass_Updating_Services.2FAddons.2FDomains this allows you to change pricing for a client's products in their profile. 3. SQL Query - you could adjust your pricing by editing the database table directly... there are a number of threads containing similar code to modify pricing - however, I would avoid this solution unless you are familiar with running SQL queries... if you do try it, remember to backup the database first!
